I had a fantastic 5-day stay at Mabel's House. The staff, especially Alberto, were incredibly friendly and attentive. My family enjoyed the spacious 2-bedroom suite. it was clean and nicely furnished. The location was perfect—quiet, yet a short walk to downtown. We loved the nearby beach and picturesque coastline views. Having bicycles to borrow made it easy to explore the area. The continental breakfast helped us save time for enjoying the local attractions. However, the bathroom could have used more counter space, and I wished for a bit more variety at breakfast. Despite that, the charming atmosphere and accommodating staff made it a memorable trip, and we'd love to come back again.

I had a lovely time at Mabel's House. The cozy Cove Side Cottage met all my needs perfectly. The friendly staff made me feel welcome right away. The contactless check-in felt smooth, and I appreciated the follow-up to ensure everything was okay. Every morning, they provided adorable personalized breakfast bags with yogurt, fruit, and pastries. I loved how they took my request for Splenda into account the very next morning. The location was fantastic, right by the tidal cove, perfect for a kayaking adventure. Watching sunsets at Colony Beach was a highlight. I enjoyed exploring local shops and had delicious meals at Mabel's Lobster Claw. However, the room itself was small, and I ran into issues with parking due to tight spaces. The breakfast options, while cute, felt a bit limited compared to what I’d expect at that price point. While the staff did their best, having a more substantial breakfast spread would improve the experience. Still, the overall charm of the place made my stay memorable.

Charming inn, convenient location, with a beautiful grassy area by the pond perfect for unwinding after a sunset stroll, and I appreciated the good towels and bathrobes provided in the Queen Room with Lake View.
Breakfast was limited and did not meet the expectations for a B&B.

We stayed in the Deluxe Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. The room was compact but cozy, with a nice touch to the decor. The beds were super comfortable, which made our nights a breeze. The towels were fluffy and fresh too. The only downside was that I wished there were more bathroom shelves for our stuff—it was a bit cramped there. Overall, a pleasant room experience!

Mabel's House served up some killer pastries nearby, especially at Mabel’s Lobster Claw, just steps away! The corners of that quaint spot whisper tasty tales. Plus, the easy walk to the beach and charming downtown made life oh-so-sweet.
A bit of a head-scratcher with shared door codes—felt like we were in a suspense flick! And a shelf in the bathroom would’ve been fab, as we had to juggle our essentials.

The Edgewater Inn provides a cozy atmosphere with friendly staff and great recommendations. Enjoyed the lovely breakfast and the nice room, although it felt a tad small and lacked some amenities. Despite the tight parking situation, it's conveniently located near local attractions and a beach.
